Cancelling the report after using a specified amount of JVM to prevent Query service busy issue

We are facing query services busy failure in our production environment frequently.

If there are more number of reports running and for any reason a particular report is consuming more JVM then it is being resulted in report failures due to query service busy error to prevent this we are interested in setting a JVM report wise so that a report does not use more than the specified limit.

For Example. if my overall query service JVM setting is 24 GB, and at a time if 10 reports are running but since one report is utilizing 10 GB memory or more, any new incoming report request may fail with query service busy error. We are interested in setting a limit at report level so that a report does not utilize the query service JVM more than 'x' limit.
