RELATED IDEAS

Header navigation not working in accessibility report

We are using classic viewer in an accessible report.

We were unable to navigate to different headers (H1, H2...) even though Headers are setup in Tables Cells. Currently we are running JAWS-2019 version in firefox 68.0 ESR.

Below keys are also not working as expected:

Insert+F3: Show list of all buttons, frames, graphics, lists, links, etc.
Insert+F6: Show list of all headings
Ctrl+Shift+1/2/3: Not working as expected.

    We are using 11.1.5 and below combinations are not working:


    • Insert+F3: Show list of all buttons, frames, graphics, lists, links, etc.

    • Insert+F6: Show list of all headings

    Starting 11.2.0, you should be able to use CTRL+SHIFT+1 and CTRL+SHIFT+2 to switch between Hamburger menu and the first item in reporting.
    Insert+F3, which invoked Virtual HTML Features screen, which is expected per JAWS documentation. Doing Insert+F6 also invokes the list of captions that are flagged on the report
