Audit report queue and/or wait times

To get an understanding of the user experience and system performance, the report queue and/or wait times could be gathered in a daily report.

IBM support in Case numberTS004090394 indicates:

The only places where we can collect report metrics externally is our normal auditing and audit extensions (https://developer.ibm.com/technologies/analytics/tutorials/ibm-cognos-11-audit-extension/)

But all of these audit collections only collect user login , report runs (runtimes) and in information related to report runs.

We do not collect information on wait times in the audit collection

This would sound like a good enhancement request to add this metric in the audit collection
