Add Sort Option to Map visualization

We want to visualize monitoring alert data on a geo map. Every alert has a severity value and a related color (red=critical, ...). Currently there is no sort option availailable for e.g. the map point color data item. As a sort option is also available in other visualisations (line chart, bubble chart, word cloud, ...) this should be added to the map visualization too. Otherwise we are not able to use a sorted color palette.

    Hi Jens,

This functionality already exists in the mapping widget. Right click on the legend -> select and customize from the 'sort', 'filter' options to sort by severity value.

Thank you for submitting this enhancement request. Does sorting imply filtering values based on severity/values?
