The functionality to import the users in a OpenID namespace misses the ability to import the TenantID. Since we work with a multi tenant environment in combination with a authentication provider configured bases on de OpenID standard we have to import all users manualy via the CSV-import.
Unfortunately it's not able to set the TenantID via this import. So now, after importing the users we still have to set the tenantID, per user, manually in the properties pane.

I reported a case to IBM in regards to this import (TS003914225). The gave me the feedback that it's not possible to import tenantID as one of the attribute during the import of a CSV with users.
The only available attributes are email, defaultName, businessPhone, faxPhone, givenName, homePhone, mobilePhone, pagerPhone, postalAddress, surname, userName

As a System Administrator you can upload a CSV to an already existing tenant object and the tenantID should be picked up on the import
