Scrollbar width can be changed with CSS. We will customize that.
PowerPlay Studio won't be seeing updates for this unfortunately. And it looks like in the 11.1 UIs it can be resolved with browser configuration.
Thanks for the extra detail. This is not something we are able to reproduce here, so I suspect it may be related to some OS or Chrome settings. It may be the 'overlay-scrollbars' setting in Chrome. Are you able to try resetting your Chrome preferences to the defaults?
The first screenshot is from PowerPlay Studio, the last one is from Cognos Analytics 11.1 R7 (LTS).
Thank you for these details. It looks like you are using one of the legacy UIs, perhaps the old admin console? What version of Cognos are you using? Are the scrollbars working OK in the My Content and Team Content panels from the home page?
