Append datetime to Cloud Object Storage file output

Report properties includes the ability to define the number of report outputs to retain. When saving report output to cloud storage, this property is ignored and the previous output is overwritten. Since end users don't have access to the Cloud Object Storage bucket (for security reasons), there needs to be a task to move reports before they are overwritten and lost. If this task fails for any reason then critical point in time reports are lost.

    Please add the same conflict resolution options for the cloud object storage, like the Save to File System location has. Please see the attachment depicting the options. This should have been the case by default for the CAoC customers given IBM has turned off CASM based File System report output locations (not being offered anymore), to Cloud Object storage, when they upgrade from 11.0.X to 11.1.7+. In our case, a lot of our users and their downstream applications use the version based on version numbers and timestamp.
