Email notification: Add an option "on who should be notified when a report fails and also to include the report execution status like Success/Fail in the notification"

Currently, we don't get any notification when a report (either scheduled or non scheduled report like for batch mode report execution) fails so it should be good if we can have "add an option on who should be notified when a report fails for the email notification".

And currently, users only get notified only with few details like report output, link etc. when the scheduled report /batch mode report execution is successful but it won't mention anything like report execution status is "Success/Fail", so it should be good if we include the report execution status also like whether report execution is success or failure in the notification.

By adding "Add an options on who should be notified when a report fails and also to include the report execution status", This way, we could re-run the report or research the failure.
