There is a technique to do this in Reporting, which is to use percentage ([Quantity] for report) as a calculation and set the Detail and Summary Aggregation to Calculated. Use this calculation in the pie chart instead. This is not intuitive and we will plan to have data formatting added as a property in a future release.
