Use JPG pictures from database in Report Studio Reports

We have to print pictures in Report Studio Reports. The only data source for the Image Control in Report Studio is a URL SOURCE. We have many JPEG pictures stored in a database and want use these pictures in Report Studio reports. Please add to the Image Control in Report Studio a DATABASE SOURCE to use pictures that stored in a database.

At the moment we have base64-coded JPGs in a CBLOB in the database and put these in a HTML-element into the report. So we can display the pictures in HTML-report. But with this method we can't print or export (PDF, Excel) the images. therefore we need the standard cognos control for the print and the export.
