Add support for Secure Network Communication (SNC) for SAP BW namespace and datasource connection

When SAP BW enables SNC (secure network communication) enforcement on their end, Cognos is not able to establish a connection with the existing connection details. Any connection attempts from Cognos error out indicating that SAP BW is expecting the connection to be through SNC. After following the standard process of establishing SNC (create PSE, exchange certificates, define RFC options to enable SNC in sapnwrfc.ini) we noticed that when Cognos was making the connection attempt, it was ignoring any and all attempts to define addtional parameters for the SAP BW connection. We attempted using both the ini file method as well as defining additional parameters in the "advanced properties" section of the SAP BW namespace in Cognos Configuration.


We would like to be able to define additional RFC options for Cognos to establish SNC connections to SAP BW using both the namespace as well as the datasouce.
