Copy&Paste of layout elements: Check if referenced query exist and ask if they should be reused
When copying lists (also crosstabs, charts, etc.) the referenced query is always created as well. If the name already exists in the target report, a number (1, 2, 3, etc.) is appended.
It should be checked if the query with the corresponding name already exists and then pop up a user dialog asking if this query should be used or if the query from the source report should be inserted with the additional number.
The behavior was different before. With Internet Explorer, lists, etc. could be inserted without the queries (when they existed already).
