Rest API for security group

Hello,

We need an entegration with our security team. We did it before other BI tools with their rest api. But in Cognos we cannot use security group with members. Our security team don't want to use SDK because of our microservice standarts.

You should developt every SDK method on rest api. This will be very usefull, and makes cognos more powerfull.
