This would be extremely useful for all multi-lingual organizations, including governments.
This feature would also improve the capability for Excel sheets to be named dynamically.
Looking at the XML, it appears some re-coding would be needed as the "name" is a property and not a calculated value. This feature is preventing the adoption and internal use of Cognos because of the additional work needed to manually translate documents, files, and reports - especially those that have already been validated in the datasets (and automatically work with the other fantastic language options).
