Support public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) managed database services for content/audit stores

Currently, if we opt to use one of the public cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) to host Cognos Analytics Local, we are required to provision a self-managed database host and database in order to host the Cognos Analytics content stores. This limits the flexibility/scalability and increases management/administration overhead of Cognos Analytics since we have to set up and maintain multiple hosts in order to have HA/DR

Please introduce support for using databases procured through managed database services (AWS RDS, Azure Database Services, GCP Cloud SQL) as content stores for Cognos Analytics. This will allow CA to utilize the built-in HA/DR infrastructure of these managed services and reduce administration/management overhead.

In addition to managed services, it would be nice to support any of the data source database types, like PostgreSQL, etc.
