Adding auto-sync to add a group users from OKTA without importing .cvs file

The IT/admin wants to be able to add multiple or a group of users from OKTA (Open ID) on CA instead of one by one, intuitively they'd do so directly from the 'add' button and expect to see the list (of user groups) for selection.

Benefits: this new feature will make the process more natural, intuitive and efficient. They don't have to save a .cvs file and import it (current workaround), which is not as streamline as other solutions when collaborating with the Open ID tools. We should add this feature to make the product easier to use.

Impact: missing this feature impacts the Admin team, a primary decision maker for future expansion opportunity for our entitlement and also the Watson & AI solutions the client is evaluating.
