Support for pulling Data Source credentials from HashiCorp Vault password stores (and other cloud native password vaults)

We have requirements driven by IT to standardize on storing passwords for applications in HashiCorp Vault, a centralized password store that enables fine-grained access to the credentials. Today, we have to create crude integration scripts to maintain password syncs from Cognos data sources to these systems, but what if Cognos had a native integration (would be able to turn it off and on) to pull the credentials from this system every time it queried the data source, or at least at some pre-determined sync interval? All the Cognos admin would need to do is provide the connection info to the Vault or other password vault server. Storing passwords in this way is becoming more standard across the industry
