Resurrect the functionality for Event Studio Agent Views

We have used Event Studio Reports for years to help identify changes to data coming from our customers and suppliers. This product has been great in helping to identify product engineering changes or new customers/suppliers etc. The data from our customers come in via EDI and then we need to review the data so see if there are changes from the last time. ES does an awesome job at sending out these types of notifications.

Since I have 61 identical DBs and they all need these notifications individually, we created 1 source ES report and then we create the 61 agent views and the views are what we schedule to run daily.

After the upgrade to 11, we have been unable to create or update the Agent views. Support informs me that ES is still around but the Agent Views are not accessible without some major reconfiguration in Cognos Admin that is unrealistic to do.
