Add Confidentiality setting tag to Excel outputs

More and more clients are enabling and using the Confidentiality settings in Excel. This means that any Excel file opened in their environment, that does not have yet a Confidentiality setting (Public - Restricted - Confidential - Highly Confidential ) will automatically see a popup requiring the user to choose one. These companies use IBM Cognos Analytics and thus use a lot of Excel content generated by IBM Cognos Analytics. With the new security policy, users get an annoying popup on each opening of a IBM CA generated Excel file. These clients are asking for a solution on this.

The simple solution would be to:

Phase 1: use an Advanced Setting to set a default Confidentiality Setting to all report outputs in Excel and make sure the setting is tagged in the Excel output metadata. Potentially this requires also certificates to be setup in the product.

Phase 2: add an option to bypass the default setting for each report, most likely in the report settings in the portal.

Phase 3: also create an option in the portal to apply a watermark option for PDF output of a report, and potentially a setting to set one up for all reports.

Phase 4: also enable this for any e-mail sent out by Cognos Analytics, and set this option in the schedule/agent/job settings.
