Populate from schedule choices during Run Once

Some Report Admins are noticing a different in the "Run Once" option in Cognos 11 vs. Cognos 10:
In C10, the "Run once" link in the schedule page gave you an option to either run the schedule right then with all the saved values (prompts, outputs, etc...) or modify certain things before you ran it.

In C11, the "Run once" link on the schedule page is just a clone of the "Run as" page that you get when you would normally run a report. So no saved prompt options or email addresses, etc..

Can C11 be configured so Run Once has the same functionality as it did in C10?
