I review the details with PM. I receive the following response.


This share by email function was originally not present in 11. x and was re-introduced after an enhancement request was logged:

In both 11.1.x (11.1.7 FP5) and 11.2.x (11.2.2) there is no "Attach the report" option present:

The associated documentation also does not mention an "attach report/attach the report" option in the steps:

This suggests that the option was not included by design,

    This is also a big limitation for our users after we migrated from 10.2.2 to 11.2.4.

    Especially since the internal PDF viewer doesn't have a send button either.

    I'm upgrading from 10.2.2 where users could easily email themselves a copy of the report as an attachment from the "keep this version" toolbar button. Trying to upgrade to version 11.2.4.1, and while there is a "Share > Email" option, I do not see the option to attach the report. 11.2.4.1 will represent less functionality for our users.
