Make field descriptions and screen tips also available for Analytics Users

We get more and more questions on the visibility of data lineage and data dictionary entries of data items in packages and data modules for analytics users for compliancy reasons. At this moment an author can see the description and screen tip of a data item or measure in a package and data module. But when such an item is used in a report or dashboard, it is not visible anymore for the report user when he/she hoovers over the column/field. It would be very nice if this information is also available in reports and dashboards for end users. I can imagine that for calculated fields, authors can add descriptions in the properties of the item, that are in that case shown.
