Allow for burst report test sending to see the outputs that would be generated

Allow users to essentially test the outputs of a burst report without actually sending anything to the recipients.

For example - see the individual excel files that would go to a given email address, but send to the person testing, not the recipient email addresses.

It is a struggle to test with internal email address logic to ensure we don't send bursts to the wrong recipients, current state.

This is not currently on our roadmap. However we will continue monitoring this request through public voting and adjust the status accordingly if needed.

We already manage to do this on our burst reports.

We have an override email prompt.

If this prompt has a value then that is used for the burst email, otherwise the proper email data item is used. Works quite well.
