DBT Semantic layer integration

Universal semantic layer for all analytics tools, including Cognos Analytics.

If Cognos wants to stay relevant, and not replaced by alternative products, please embrace the modern stack and a universal semantic layer. Many years ago, it was at multiple occasions proposed to Cognos product managers that framwork manager should be opened up, so that other tools could leverage the models developed over many years - and be used as a unified semantic layer for other analytics products. That was declined by each and everyone at Cognos, but I hope Cognos now can integrate to a new alternative to a unified semantic layer, such as DBT Semantic Layer.
