Job queue visible to any Author with access to the Job/Report

At our university, each department has its own reporting team, and they are responsible for scheduling their own jobs and reports. However, Cognos only allows a developer to see the reports that they themselves scheduled -- not the entire department. Would it be possible to allow a developer to see all of jobs in their job queue that they have access to rather than just the ones that they own?


This would allow us to not resort to using a shared account to schedule all jobs which is a security risk and makes it difficult to audit changes to the jobs. And it would remove something that is a developer activity in a decentralized environment like ours from the plates of the Administrators.
