Hello,
We are in the following versions of Planning Analytics (PAL, PAW, PAX and PASS) in our DEVELOPMENT/RECEPTION/PRODUCTION environment:
- PAL 2.0.9.11
- PAW 2.0.73
- PASS 2.0.73
- PAX 2.0.73
We use Cognos Analytics 11.2.1 (CA) only for Planning Analytics (PA) authentication, no CA report is used.
To create a user, we perform the following security operations:
- create the user on the APACHE DS directory,
- associate the Cognos Analytics user with Cognos Analytics groups,
- add CA groups under Planning Analytics via Architect,
- integrate a security CSV file in Planning Analytics Workspace,
The requirement is as follows:
Retrieve emails by user in one of the Content Store tables to create security files that can be directly integrated into IBM PAW (Planning Analytics Workspace) where the email is required (see attached CSV file).
Example :
• Mail present in the Apache DS directory (see attachment)
• Mail visible from Elena Abramova under COGNOS ANALYTICS (see attachment)
• Link between Cognos Analytics and Apache under COGNOS CONFIGURATION (see attachment)
• CMOBJPROPS1 Content Store table with empty EMAIL column (see attachment)
Question:
- Is this the right Content Store table?
- Otherwise, what would be the table that stores the mail of each user?
- Should a SQL query provided by IBM be launched, stored under D:\IbmCognos\analytics_64\configuration\schemas\content\sqlserver (among the 311 SQL queries) which would allow this information to be fed into directory data?
- What is the mechanism for synchronizing this information?
Thank you for your help
Kind regards
