Ability to add comments/hints to report elements in report author

While developing a report, Funcional requirements, meeting’s annotations and such are documented, but it would much easier and better documented if present in the report’s specification. This resource is also more important if client uses any kind of versioning to the definition xml (git, svn, such)

Within our reports we have a page that holds such documentation.

the page has a render variable that is always false. This ensures this documentation page is not included within any rendered output.

As its just a page, you can put tables and text on it to include text in any format you want.

Use case: Although a Enumeration field exists, client defines that they will use a hard coded string for a filter definition, during a meeting. Months from this meeting, client asks why is this field hard coded or a new report author is going to give maintenance to this report and has to look for a full documentation spending a whole day or more to learn the reason this filter was defined this way
