Join multiple packages and data modules in one report

There is a more and more urgent requirement from our users to join contents of packages and data modules in queries in authoring (as well as in datasets).

Note that packages and data modules could have different permissions and object specific capabilities for different users. This has to be taken into account.

We are aware that this can only be processed locally and this could lead to various problems (e.g. overloaded state of query service, subsequent reports fail). These problems have to be solved simultaneously to guarantee a stable environment and a reliable report execution.
