Logoff URL Improvements

There are two scenarios that don't seem to be currently supported in relation to the logoff URL that would be very beneficial.

  1. If a session times out due to inactivity, it doesn't appear to redirect to the logoff URL, if configured, which can lead to AAA-SYS-0001 errors when trying to log back in with a Custom Authentication Provider being used.

  2. In an environment where there are multiple namespaces, these are probably using different authentication sources, thus should have the logoff URL be configurable by namespace. In many cases, this is also in a multitenant environment, but not always. The problem with the current configuration is the logoff url would only be valid for a single namespace and not work correctly for any additional namespaces.
