Improved Customization Section

Within Cognos you have the ability to setup roles where you can customize what shows and what is hidden from a user. The problem is if a user is in multiple roles, any customizations that have been unchecked will enforce deny no matter what the role customization is set on the other role.

We need to be able to set explicitly deny, inherit deny/grant, and explicityly grant. The premise behind this is to allow the denial on one role but it wont override another role where the user may have it.

For example

Priority 4 > Role 1 -> User -> has access to an icon

Priority 4 > Role 2 -> User -> do not have access to an icon

This setup causes the extension to not show up.
