Allow wallets for mTLS to be accessed from Cloud Object Storage

As cloud-based datasources become the norm, security is becoming stronger by default. As an example, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), supports Mutual TLS (mTLS) via wallet-based security as a default mechanism.

Cognos Analytics on Cloud (On-Demand) currently only allows for database certificates to be retrieved from Cloud Object Storage.

This idea is to request that the On-Demand product be enhanced to allow for mTLS wallets to be accessed from COS in order to leverage the higher levels of security offered by platforms such as Oracle ADW. At present, it is necessary for customers to enable standard TLS on their ADW instance in order to connect.
