Have better documentation on how to work (How to ask and what to expect) with AI Assistant

Customer comments:

We are just learning Assistant and preparing for training sessions for business users before deploying. It would be nice if we can explain the why and when of each scenario because we will surely be asked the same questions.

With the emphasis that is being put on Assistant and self-service in the CA 12.0.0 version, it is better if IBM provides 'Best practices' for the models for Assistant to be beneficial. It would be nice to have documentation with real examples on filtering like show X and Y by Last 3 Years or better Last 3 Periods etc.
