1. IPPA does not capture detailed performance metrics for CQM Queries Vs DQM Queries

2. RQPPreparingCursorForDataFetching and RQPPreparingCognosSQL are two actions that take most UDA/data access time.   George thought it would be good to break the query to find out which one takes a long time.

3. Build a dashboard that will display the folloing metrics for report executions based on information captured by IPPA tool behind the scenes.

     a) Time taken by the DB - Summary of all DB executions in a report. Highlight which individual Query was the lead bottleneck or took the most time.

      b) Time taken by Cognos to process queries and render the page. Display Render Vs Process

      c) Identify on the dashboard if the performance issue is a random anomaly detected or has it been a recurring pattern observed in the last 90 days. Basically a box plot kind of visualization that will display maximum, minimum, interquartile range and median.
