Dymanic cross-tabulation with process execution

I would like to know how to display data in Cognos from a pivot table with process execution existing in IBM planning.

In IBM planning there is a function to add an action button and you can add a process (as in the screenshot) and you can also synchronise the calculated values with the selection of sub-sets.

Can we do this in Cognos without clicking on a button automatically
