Disable query hints at report level to avoid override model level or server level governance

There are a few governors that we want to ensure they cannot be overridden at report level.


1. Maximum row retrieved (report level)/Maximum number of retrieved rows (model level)

2. Maximum execution time (report level)/Query execution time limit (model level)/Maximum execution time for the report service (system level)


Is it possible to disable certain query hints at report level to avoid those setting to override model level or system level governors?

This is very important to prevent report to take up all the resources of dispatcher or crashing a dispatcher with runaway report or query.
