Snap to align all dashboard widgets with a single action

Dashboards can have numerous widgets of varying dimensions on a tab. It can be very time consuming for a dashboard author to make the dashboard look polished because it requires adjusting individual widgets to ensure that widgets are elegantly aligned with one another and given adequate space between them.

Customer would like behaviour akin to what is seen after generating dashboards via the Assistant; that with one simple action (i.e. a command in the Assistant, a button in the properties or toolbar, etc etc) that all the widgets can be aligned and ordered neatly. The author can then modify anything they wish to change.
