All User Prompt Values

We desperately need to know ALL the prompts that are being submitted by users - the Admin interface shows the background processes, but user interactive reports aren't available. I tried RSVP.PARAMETERS.LOG=true in hopes of parsing cogipf_parameter (which I have succeeded in POC) however it seems the biggest problem sessions that I'm looking for don't have the parameterValues populated. I get the completion timestamp on "good" executions but I was hoping that it would be like the backend of the Admin interface to get some trend analysis.

From IBM Support: As we discussed in meeting the query you want to exact related to scheduling job or interactive report that being run. I have discuss same with my team the data which is stored in audit database is only data which we can query and if we unable to query that means Cognos is not storing that data in DB . This is how product is design.
