Remove dependency on Trident Engine (IE/mshtml.dll) for IBM Cognos for Microsoft Office (Go Office)

Currently, the IBM Cognos for Microsoft Office (Go Office) continues to use Trident (IE/mshtml.dll) for authentication. For certain OIDC SSO setups, the use of Trident is causing incompatibility issues (such as Trident/IE being unable to handle advanced session security features). This is preventing users from being able to use Go Office to its fullest extent. Transitioning to WebView2 will allow customers to have the latest security enabled for authentication while also providing the users the freedom.

Furthermore, Cognos Analytics announced end of support for IE so CA clients still using the IE browser engine gives a bit of a mixed message.
