Create a join in a report, when having multiple datamodules added to the report
We are developing a report with multi pages and add multiple datamodules. We create a fine and nice looking dashboard (using a report). I have multiple datamodules added, for example HR and Finance. For some Finance graphs, we need to make a join construction in the report. We need to create a join construction to keep the timeline in the graphs (months or weeks) intact. And I cant, Cognos software will not allow it. I only can make a join between 2 queries of the first added datamodule.
The reason I want to make the join, is to preserve the timeline in my graph. In the present situation, with 1 query, the timeline will be broken in my graph when the user starts using the filters.
So the solution would be to allow making joins in a report, not only between queries of the first added datamodule, but between queryes made on the second, third, etc added datamodule.
