Enhancement to dashboard standalone-filters

Background:

We implemented rolebased security via standalone-filter on a table in a dashboard and noticed a not so consistent behaviour. Note! This standalone-filter is active/enabled in the dashboard when user opens the dashboard. It is nothing a user of the dashboard should be able to remove when dashboard is not in edit mode.


Enhancement:

User should not be able to remove standalone-filters created in edit mode when not in edit mode.

Suggestion:

Implement a optional/mandatory alt visible/hidden property on standalone-filters in dashboards only editable in edit mode.
