Add/Enable XQE profiling to Log My Session

We have a need to look into report/dataset performance problems in our production environment. For this we intend to use Dynamic Query Analyzer to analyze log files generated by Cognos Analytics.

Currently these log files requires to be turned on for the Query Service ('Enable query execution trace' and 'Enable Query planning trace').

Enabling these in production would however generate very many log files, as we have a number of thousand of users, and quite a lot of them active on a daily basis.

Therefore we would like that these two options are turned on when enabling 'Log my session' as they would be easier to find. (Should only be turned on for the session and not for all users).
