Hello.

This is a burning need: we need full support for the Ukrainian language in the IBM Cognos Analytics product.

This revision will affect a large number of product users who use the product constantly.

We're having trouble with setting date format in the Date Prompt when the Content Language is set to Ukrainian or Ukrainian(Ukraine).

The needed format is DD.MM.YYYY (19.08.2023), but instead we have DD MON YYYY (19 Сер 2023)

We tried to change the settings in the configuration file cogformat.xml, but nothing changed.

Also, we noticed, that needed format is applied when the language of the report is set to Russian (Ukraine).

But this is not an option for us, because when calendar is open, the names of the months are in Russian.

Because of the severe conflict it is very important for our users not to have interface elements in Russian in their reports.

The preferable date format is DD.MM.YYYY

The problem is in the Date Prompt, not in formatting data items.

Date Prompt does not have Data Format property.
