Extend Cognos Analytics product documentation by information about 3rd party certificates

I was activating ssl in a customer's productive cognos analytics environment.
I followed the instructions of the corresponding product documentation for cognos analytics 11.2.4:

https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cognos-analytics/11.2.0?topic=ecmica-configuring-cognos-analytics-components-use-another-certificate-authority

By following the steps mentioned on the main and child pages I was not able to import the certificates into the key store of cognos analytics. After a considerable amount of time and many attempts of troubleshooting I found this document:

https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-add-3rd-party-ca-allow-ssl-between-components-ibm-cognos-analytics

It contains two pieces of information that allowed me to correctly import the certificate:
1. The cognos service cannot be started until the CSR was signed by the CA and the certificates are imported. Starting the service inbetween those steps will recreate the keystore and invalidates the certificate
2. The certificate chain file contains all CA and intermediate certificates, but not the certificate of the server itself

This document helped a lot and I was finally able to complete the ssl activation. Maybe adding the mentioned information or a reference of the support page to the main documentation will help other users in similar situations.
