RELATED IDEAS

Make MRU (most recently used) Refresh Time Shorter or Configurable

We have found the MRU list, most recently used, is not reliably updated if the browser is closed without explicit log off from Cognos.
The sync by the system every 5 minutes does work well. It would be helpful if this sync was more often or could be defined to a shorter time in configuration.
This way MRU could be reliably refreshed and retained and not depend on the 'beforeUnload' browser event. Support says there is no way to adjust this sync time currently.
