I would like to preserve the new line character(\n) when uploading data files.

When I upload an Excel or CSV data file to Cognos Analytics, new line characters contained within text columns are automatically converted to space characters.
On the other hand, new line characters included in database text columns are handled without being automatically converted to space characters when displayed in Cognos Analytics.I would like to eliminate this difference in behavior.
The data I use for reporting is mainly from the data source where I uploaded the data file.
I'm frustrated that my reports and dashboards with auto converted date, making it very difficult to read.
