enhance "Finding report dependencies" in Framework Manager to extend it to cover datasets

More and more clients are using datasets to speed up their dashboards within Cognos - the speed of the dashboard has always been that one thing where Cognos seriously is behind on other products like Qlik and PowerBI). Without this functionality Cognos, and FM, which is a powerful tool will be left behind in favour of tools from competitors

When data sets are more and more common to be set up in the frontend, and this function is critical to identify whether an admin can delete field x in their model, i feel this feature is critical. Framework models are still used at most your clients as the core modelling tool.

    IBM wants to analyze the public need of this "change". Let me advise: it takes about 5 minutes of work for a dev to update this in the source. Let's add 55 minutes to test it. 

    IBM also still doesn't understand that most business users or business owners are NOT here checking for ideas. Instead they are running analyses on how the IBM product can be replaced by Microsoft Power BI.

    I surely hope this is clear enough for IBM management.
