Dashboard Drill Through Definition - remove ambiguous column names

When you create a drill through definition within a dashboard you map a column used in the dashboard to a parameter within the report.

Within an enterprise data model you often have multiple instances of columns with the same names - for example a role playing dimension for time could mean you have multiple instances of a column called Year.

If your dashboard uses both of these Year columns then you have no way of knowing which instance of the column you have chosen.

The drill through definition window should not just show the column name, it should show the qualified column name. For example, instead of just showing

YEAR,
YEAR

where you have no idea which is which, it should show

SALES.YEAR

RETURNS.YEAR
