Save report output (Excel/PDF) to a local network directory

Currently, when generating reports from Cognos on Cloud, there is no option to direct the report output to a local network file directory. AS-is, without this functionality end users would be unreasonably required to download thousands of pdf files to complete the business process.

Ideally there would be the capability to connect directly to the EDMS, but this feature also does not exist. The next best solution would be to save the reports to a local network file directory to be used as a staging area for the reports to be picked up by existing file transfer processes in order to save these reports as a source of truth for thousands of state contracted vendors and customers.
