Deactivate Reporting toolbar

We would like to have the possibility to disable the "reporting toolbar" in the viewer when executing the report.

Before the 11.2 version, we had'ent not this toolbar in html output.

In 12.0 we have the possibility to personalize a role and uncheck the function > Reporting > Collections > toolbar

But this is not always very practical between all the roles and groups in one's organization.
Especially since we cannot deactivate the Reporting toolbar for users who are also Authors because, without this toolbar, they would no longer be able to work in Report Studio.
And we cannot deactivate for a single report.

The ideal would be to have, as for the "On-demand toolbar", an option in Report Studio to deactivate this other toolbar.

NB: in the context of a parameterized URL it can be removed with the parameter &ui_toolbar=false (default).
