Ability to hide dashboard toolbar (or components of dashboard toolbar) for a dashboard or role.

When embedding dashboards into our 3rd party tool we would like the ability to disable or hide components of the dashboard toolbar to suit our needs and have a more seamless integration with our core product. In some circumstances we want to limit the use of these options (like filter or analytics) or not display toolbar at all. On reporting side, it is possible to control fully what is displayed in the toolbar via the url, but on the dashboard side, you can control some toolbar objects (like share) but not all.
